I have been inspired by the Vedic culture and Ayurveda influence. I have seen a difference in my life by incorporating Ayurveda into my regular regime. Today, I will like to share my thoughts with the readers so that they can benefit it from. India is the home for Ayurveda. The mind-body health system was best felt centuries ago led by sages of India. Ayurveda essentially means the science of life. It is the Ayurveda that has made a difference in today's life. With the dawn of realisation in staying healthy has given birth to many Ayurveda centres in India.   The best elements to remain healthy are taught here. The principle of Ayurveda states that - it is the mind that can make the changes in your life. Most of the time we take Yoga and Ayurveda as two different aspects of healthy life - yoga in the form of exercise and Ayurveda as medication. But there is a lot more to know about these old practices that can take you towards a new world of wellness. Yoga and Ayurveda tog
